Dough flowers (also sometimes known as sugarpaste flowers) are more robust than paper flowers and have a great 3D shape. They can be sprayed, painted or covered with glitter (coat with PVA glue and sprinkle the glitter over) or they could be dusted with edible petal dust for use on cakes.
These are great on wedding favours, or used in small arrangements as cake toppers or as decorations on the sides of cakes. Just dust them to match in with your theme.
Alternatively, as these flowers are already wired, you can easily attach them to combs, grips or tiaras by wrapping the wires around the base to attach them. They make unusual and pretty accessories - as in this photo.
